Nice to see that you made it! :iconsayhiplz: Names OneColoredLily and I always do traditional art.

A few things to know about me!

1) Usually I draw whatever I'm in the mood to draw.
2) I don't respond to every comment but I do read all of them and feel all warm and fuzzy inside when they're nice.
3) I'm a nice person here on DA, so if you have a question or comment don't be afraid to say anything.
4) You will never know who I am in real life besides the fact that I live in United States, Michigan.

IMPORTANT!

5) MATERIALS I USE: Sharpie markers, Copic markers, colored pencils and pastels.
6) I have the uncanny ability to copy art styles easily, and because of that I have been claimed to have either stolen or traced artwork, and or basically just don't belong on DA. ALL OF THE ARTWORK I POST IS DONE BY ME. I would never steal someone elses hard work.

So, in short, look around, comment, fav and do whatever else!

I completely forgot about the 4th of July, therefor I do not have a holiday drawing this year. :iconkagepro5plz:

It wasn't exactly on my priority list. I did one last year but if you read the description on that holiday drawing you'll know how I feel about this holiday and how it corresponds with all my deviant watchers from around the world.
I'll leave the link for the deviant in case you wish to read the description: Independence Day 2014 -- Kamisama Hajimemashita by OneColoredLily

In other news, I haven't made a new journal since February . . . and nothing has happened to me since then. I'm a boring ass person. :iconyuicryplz:

I've . . . well, let me see . . . I've collected the Inu x Boku SS series. I've developed an immunity to bitchy-ass customers that like to take their frustration out on me. I'm currently laughing from hearing people sing karaoke down the street at the local bar in my town. I've had an epic, emotional meltdown with Kuroko's Basketball. And now the people at the bar are blaring air-horns.

The amount of deviants being posted by me seems to be dwindling down to two a week. :iconlisbethplz:

Anyway, Happy 4th of July to those who live in America. And happy *insert closest upcoming holiday event that is relevant to you* to wherever you are in the world. And to those who don't give a shit -- thanks!

Heyyy! I love you artwork, you've inspired me sooo much! Heart :happybounce:

I have an important question: I've bought a pack of Copic Ciao markers (36 colors) and a pack of Sharpies (12 colors) and I was wondering what kind of paper I should use them on, because they seem to go through the one I tried them out on. What kind of paper do you use?

Thanks for liking my artwork!

I will suprise you when I say I use regular computer paper. XD

Markers are markers and will basically bleed through anything. What's important is that the marker does not rip, crinkle, or just plain destroy the paper and therefor the artwork on the paper.

In the computer paper I use, yes it bleeds through, but I do not let it bleed through onto my artdesk. I always place another piece of paper under the artwork I am coloring, and it has always worked out for me. Theres been no hassle with the computer paper I use.

Hope that helps in some way!

Yeah, thanks a lot! This is actually what I thought myself but my mom has been babbling on about "professional" or "smooth" paper instead of the rough artist paper that I use and how I should seek "professional advice" and how this way my markers would wear off after two drawings and so on... :grump: Anyway, I'm really glad that there is no super professional top secret procedure with magical paper made of unicorn hair involved, like my mom expected. XD
